RESTRICTIONS

You CANNOT be pregnant or breastfeeding in order to receive either PMU or body art tattoo. Minimum age is 18 years old, no exceptions. Must not have any medical conditions that could hinder the healing or be dangerous to the body.

POLICIES

A card is required to be held on file for all appointments. There will be a 50% fee of the service or quoted price, if the appointment is canceled with less than 48 hours notice or in the case of a no-show. See cancellation policy.

BOOKING FEE

A $50 booking fee is mandatory for all appointments. Applicable to all services offered and will be deducted from the total service cost upon appointment completion.

This deposit may be used to reschedule TWO times max. After this, a new deposit will be required and or you may be asking to submit next round of booking.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Cash, card or venmo are accepted payment methods. Please note that there is a 3.5% processing fee when using a card. There is no fee attached when using cash or venmo.

If I want to book with a friend(s), do we both need to fill out a request form?

No, one person can fill out a form requesting a group session. Please be sure to include a name and contact number for that friend as well in the comment section as well as any and all information related to both your desired design ideas.

Do I need to do anything to prep for my appointment?

If needed, make sure you contact Ashley for an accurate quote (body art) before your appointment.

Please make sure that you view the document that is emailed to you once you book. This gives information specific to your booked service and includes all policy information. (I have copies to sign at your appointment, so no need to request access, just view on your device!)

Please make sure your desired area is free from any rash or sunburn. Feel free to lotion or moisturize your skin the week leading up to your appointment.

PMU specific:

Please avoid caffeine 24 hours before your appointment.
Discontinue any products with retinol, active ingredients or anti aging ingredients at least 2 weeks before your appointment.
Do not get Botox/filler in the area of your procedure 30 days before or after your pmu appointment.
You must be off accutane for at least 1 year before receiving your pmu service.
If you are taking any long term antibiotics OR use a strong topical medication/steroid cream (can often be used to treat acne) please note that on your request form so we can discuss if needed.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

CANCELING:

~If more than 48 hours is given- there is no fee & paid deposit is non refundable.

~Appointment with less than 48 hours' notice (or in the case of a no-show), will be charged 50% of your scheduled service price. This fee must be paid in order to rebook future services. Your appointment will be considered a no show after being 30 minutes late. Booking fee deposit may go towards the cancellation if less than 48 hours notice is given.

RESCHEDULING:

~If more than 48 hours is given- there is no fee & you may transfer your booking deposit of $50 TWO TIMES MAX. After two times, you will be asked to pay a new deposit or wait and/or submit again next round of booking.

~Rescheduling date needs to be secured within ONE WEEK of informing the need to reschedule.

~Rescheduling will be not be booked more than a few months out~ my next round of booking.. (I will not reschedule you for 6+ months out).

The 50% policy fee must be paid in order to reschedule. Rescheduled service is at full price.

BOOKING FEE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
